DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE LECTURES PRIVATE UNIVERSTY

INITIAL APPLICATION

  1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
    a) Print or fill out with PC.
    b) Photos are required for both forms.
  2. EMPLOYMENT STATUES (Can be obtained from The Foreign Department )
  3. PASSPORT
    a)You can obtain working visa from any Turkish Representative abroad.(Not required if you have government orders)
    b)You should contact the Foreign Department within a month after your arrival.
  4. PHOTO 3each photos
  5. PAPER FROM THE UNIVERSITY HE/SHE IS CURRENTLY EMPLOYED
  6. WORKSITE AGREEMENT
  7. FEES OF RESIDENCE PERMIT(It can be paid from The Foreign Department)

EXTENTION

  1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS ( One) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
    a) Print or fill out with PC.
    b) Photo is required for form.
  2. EMPLOYMENT STATUES (Can be obtained from The Foreign Department )
  3. PASSPORT Those who stayed away from Turkey for more than 6 months should either obtain working visa from Turkish representatives or a permission from the respective ministry.
  4. PHOTO 2 each recent photos
  5. PAPER FROM THE UNIVERSITY HE/SHE IS CURRENTLY EMPLOYED
  6. WORKSITE AGREEMENT
  7. RESIDENCE PERMIT OPTAINED EARLIER(A residence permit can be extended for four times only, extension processed more than four times requires a new residence permit)
