FOREIGN STUDENTS TO ATTEND

INITIAL APPLICATION

1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT
   a)You can obtain working visa from any Turkish Representative abroad.(Not required if you have government orders)
   b)You should contact the Foreign Department within a month after your arrival.
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos.
4. OFFICIAL PAPER INDICATING THAT STUDENT IS STAYING AT THE DORMITORY.
5. INFO SHEET FOR THE FOREIGN STUDENTS(THREE EA.)(Obtained from the language center student will attend.
6. COPY OF SCHOLARSHIP OR RECEIPT SHOWING PAYMENT OF $100 MONTHLY TUITION.
7. FEES OF RESIDENCE PERMIT(After having submitted the required documents residence permit fees should be paid to the Foreign Department of Directorate.)

2. PASSPORT Those who stayed away from Turkey for more than 6 months should either obtain working visa from Turkish representatives or a permission from the respective ministry.
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos.
4. OFFICIAL PAPER INDICATING THAT STUDENT IS STAYING AT THE DORMITORY.
5. INFO SHEET FOR THE FOREIGN STUDENTS(THREE EA.)(Obtained from the language center student will attend.
6. COPY OF SCHOLARSHIP OR RECEIPT SHOWING PAYMENT OF $100 MONTHLY TUITION.

NOTE:In Case of change of school student should provide paper showing he/she passed the test or a copy of the Board of Higher Education(YÖK)decree.
