INITIAL APPLICATION

1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS ( One) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photo is required for form
2. PASSPORT
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos
4. WORKSITE AGREEMENT
5. PAPER SHOWING BEGING AND END OF EMPLOYMENT
6. TUITION RECEIPT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE (After turning in the complete paper work tuition fee based on the duration of stay should be paid at Ministry of Finance and residence permit fee should be paid at Foreigners Department.
   ORDER OF THE MINISTERY(This paper is response from the ministry of interior to the application of the public instition)

EXTENTION

1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT Those who stayed away from Turkey for more than 6 monthsYou should either obtain working visa from Turkish representatives or a permission from the respective ministry.
3. PHOTO 2 each recent photos.
4. WORKSITE AGREEMENT
5. PAPER SHOWING BEGING AND END OF EMPLOYMENT
6. TUITION RECEIPT(After turning in the complete paper work tuition fee based on the duration of stay should be paid at Ministry of Finance.
7. RESIDENCE PERMIT OPTAINED EARLIER (A residence permit can be extended for four times only, extension process more than four times requires a new residence permit)
