1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (TWO EA.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT
   a)You can obtain working visa from any Turkish Representative abroad.(Not required if you have government orders)
   b)You should contact the Foreign Department within a month after your arrival.
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos.
4. TUITION RECEIPT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE(After turning in the complete paper work tuition fee based on the duration of stay should be paid at Ministry of Finance and residence permit fee should paid at Foreigners Department.
5. DOCUMENT SHOWING THE TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP (IF NOT EXITING IN STUDENT'S FOLDER)

5. RESIDENCE PERMIT OPTAINED EARLIER(A residence permit can be extended for four times only, extension processed more than four times requires a new residence permit)
6. COPY OF THE RESIDENCE PERMIT OF THE DEPENDANTS.
