INITIAL APPLICATION

1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos.
4. TUITION RECEIPT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE(After turning in the complete paper work tuition fee based on the duration of stay should be paid at Ministry of Finance and residence permit fee should be paid at Foreign Department.
5. THE ORDER OF MINISTRY OF INTERIOR

6. RESIDENCE PERMIT OPTAINED EARLIER(Foreigners who would like to renew or extend their residence permit should apply directly or indirectly to the respective Security Department 15 days after their residence permit expires.)
