1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT
   a)You can obtain working visa from any Turkish Representative abroad.(Not required if you have government orders)
   b)You should contact the Foreign Department within a month after your arrival.
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos.
4. ORIGINAL BLUE PRESS CARD AND CERTIFIED COPY
5. PAPER FROM THE ACENT HE/SHE IS AFFILIATED
6. FEES OF RESIDENCE PERMIT(After having submitted the required documents residence permit fees should be paid to the Foreign Department of Directorate.

EXTENTION

2. PASSPORT Those who stayed away from Turkey for more than 6 monthsYou should either obtain working visa from Turkish representatives or a permission from the respective ministry.
3. PHOTO 2 each recent photos.
4. ORIGINAL BLUE PRESS CARD AND CERTIFIED COPY
5. PAPER FROM THE ACENT HE/SHE IS AFFILIATED
6. RESIDENCE PERMIT OPTAINED EARLIER(A residence permit can be extended for four times only, extension processed more than four times requires a new residence permit)
