INITIAL APPLICATION

1. RESIDENT DECLARATIONS (Two ea.) Can be obtained from The Foreign Department.
   a) Print or fill out with PC.
   b) Photos are required for both forms.
2. PASSPORT Those who stayed away from Turkey for more than 6 months should either obtain working visa from Turkish representatives or a permission from the respective ministry.
3. PHOTO 3 each recent photos
4. APPLICATION FORM FROM THE RELATED INSTITUTION
5. AFTER HAVING OBTAINED,APPROVAL FROM THE GOVERNER'S OFFICE
   TUITION RECEIPT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE
